AI-Generated Content

CourseCorrect uses artificial intelligence to generate course summaries, skill analyses, career insights, and responses through our AI assistant Cora (collectively, "AI Content"). AI Content is provided for informational purposes only. We do not warrant its accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. AI Content may contain errors, reflect outdated information, or produce different results across sessions.

You should not rely on AI Content as a substitute for professional advice of any kind, including career, financial, legal, or medical advice. CourseCorrect is not liable for any decisions made in reliance on AI Content.

Cora is subject to usage limits on the free tier. CourseCorrect reserves the right to modify these limits at any time without notice. Creating multiple accounts or using other means to circumvent usage limits is a violation of these Terms.

Affiliate Relationships

CourseCorrect participates in affiliate marketing programmes with certain course providers. When you enrol in a course, program, or certification through a link on our platform, we may earn a commission from the provider. This commission comes at no additional cost to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CourseCorrect, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your use of our Services or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to your breach of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Canadian Province of Ontario, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
